At ComfortPlus Care we are a dedicated home care organisation – so we offer all types of at-home care from companionship and home help to overnight and live-in care.
We only choose experienced and fully qualified care professionals who meet our exacting standards in terms of personality, empathy and compassion.
At ComfortPlus Care we also operate our own Training division which delivers dedicated and specialised training within the industry.

We know that you need a care professional who clicks with you, so we take time to carefully match you with someone who shares the same likes and interests.
Our formula ensures that you can always look forward to seeing a care professional you get on well with and feel completely comfortable with.
We understand how important continuity of care is – so we allocate a dedicated care team to you.
This means that if your regular carer is unavailable or falls ill or you need a higher number of visits per week, you have two or more care professionals you know well.
Every effort is made in every event to ensure that you always receive care from a familiar face.
Yes, we have fully trained and compassionate care professionals who can offer specialised dementia care.
We’ll discuss your needs with you during our first meetings to understand better how we can support you with a diagnosis of dementia, and what type of care or care plan will work best for you.
Private care at home is typically funded wholly or partially by the person needing care or their families.
There are however funding options available depending on your specific needs, age and situation, such as NHS medical care funding and Personal Independence Allowance (PIP).

Our care teams will be available at all times to discuss any concerns you have, and all our care plans and personalised and flexible.
We’ll check in with you on a regular basis to make sure your care needs are being met, and can discuss your options with you if your needs change.
Typically we’ll adjust your care plan to include more or less care, or a different type of care, depending on your needs at that time.
Every person’s needs are different when it comes to care – so this is something we will discuss with you once we get to know more about you and your specific requirements.
Some people require one or two hours a week – others need an hour a day or several visits per day.
